Who is providing the Service

Grant Kneale has 35 years experience as an entrepreneur in the property market and construction industry which gives him the knowledge in property of where to invest and what to invest in. From your home , 2nd Home to your commercial property assets he will share his experience and advise you from an Owner, Builder and Developer assessment to ensure your financial success. The family have been involved in Property and Construction for three generations. Grant obtained and Honours Degree in Building Science at UCT, worked for Basil Read Ltd in South Africa and Henry Boot Ltd in the UK before starting in business as an owner and founder of Grid Line Construction & Property Projects, The company completed over 400 projects for commercial clients (Commercial and Residential Building) and developed numerous properties including 12 luxury homes, 2 luxury guest houses and a luxury game lodge. All properties developed have shown real returns before exiting or still show real returns where we still are hold the asset.

The company also acted in a Development & Construction capacity on numerous large storage warehouses, office blocks and showrooms.

Grant has founded 12 different business with 18 different partners. All business were successfully sold / exited or remain in operation, all business traded at profit andnever entered business rescue or liquidation.
